I haven't posted in over a month. Well, the deals have been few and far between so there hasn't been much to post in that area. It's not looking to get any better either considering Ralphs has changed their double coupon policy. Ralphs will now double a coupon up to a maximum of $1 which means that a .50 coupon will be $1 but so will a .75 coupon. All coupons are $1 or above will be accepted at face value. Needless to say this is not good news. I will be boycotting Ralphs until they change their policy back and I encourage everyone to do the same.
I did get some deals at CVS today.
Colgate toothpaste is $2.99 and you get a $2 ECB back for each one (limit 5). I used 1 $1.50 coupon and 4 $1 coupons to make these better than free.
Schick Intuition Plus razors are $8.88 and you get a $6 ECB back (limit 1). This was a moneymaker when I used a $4 coupon... a profit of $1.12 to be exact.
Centrum Cardio vitamins are $9.99 and you get a $1 ECB back. I used a $3 coupon to make these $5.99 after the ECB. At face value this doesn't look like a great deal but I am sending for a cash back rebate for the original shelf price of $9.99. Total profit is $4!
I used ECBs to pay for all of this so my total OOP was $1.37.
Not much is happening at Vons this week.
Sure deoderant is free with a $1 coupon that I got in the mail.
Tava drinks are free with a $1.50 printable coupon.
Aquafresh Extreme Clean toothpaste is free with $1.50 coupon.
I have decided to make a second blog for any non-deal stuff (like my Rascal Flatts adventures and random thoughts. I haven't made it yet but I will post here when I have... just in case anyone cares to read about it.

I've been MIA
I haven't been posting much but then I haven't been shopping much either... I went to Ralphs and Vons yesterday and there really wasn't anything worth mentioning. But it looks like there will be some new deals with tomorrow's coupons so I'm planning to go shopping again tomorrow. I will post if I find anything worthwhile.
$3 off Neutrogena Wave refill pads
Go to www.neutrogena.com/wave and register for their club. Then you can print a $3 coupon good on a 30 count package of Neutrogena Wave deep clean pads.

Vegas
Wow, it's been a crazy week getting caught up on everything after my Vegas trip. I finally have a few minutes to sit here and post about it! I had SO much fun! It was so nice getting away for a few days (kid-free!) and just having fun.
We headed up Thursday morning. We got in to Vegas at about 4-ish, I guess, I don't really remember. We stayed at the Rio that first night. Let me say, the room was HUGE! I'm used to staying in Motel 6 type places so this was a big treat for me! We at dinner at the buffet at the Luxor. It was pretty good. I got my fill of prime rib (my favorite - YUM!). Then we walked around a little. We went to New York, New York, Mandalay Bay, Excalibur... I'm not even sure where else. We saw where Rascal Flatts filmed the video for Me and My Gang.
Then we went back to the Rio and crashed.
Friday morning we got up and had brunch at the buffet at the Bellagio. It was very nice. We walked around the Bellagio and checked out the Chinese New Year display they have.

Then we went to the local Walmart to get sign making supplies for the concert. Then we went and checked in at the Paris. The room was a lot smaller but was nicer, IMO. The Paris is such a beautiful hotel! We spent the afternoon and evening in the room making our signs then we went out for a late night dinner at Raffles Cafe at the Mandalay Bay. I had a prime rib sandwich... did I mention that prime rib is my favorite? LOL! Then we stalked (lol) the valet parking lot hoping to catch Rascal Flatts on their way in from Salt Lake City but we didn't. Oh well!! We got back to the room late (like 3am) and crashed.
Saturday we got up and got dressed up for the show. We had a long day ahead of us and we weren't going to be coming back to the room until after the show. We had lunch at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. I wasn't too impressed with the menu. I just got a salad and we shared these yummy gorgonzola cheese fries. Then we got in line at the convention center at about 1:00. The doors didn't open till 7:00 but we had to be there early to line up for pit passes. It was a looooong afternoon to say the least! But it was all worth it in the end when we got our pit passes!
Now, if you've been in the pit at a Rascal Flatts concert, you know that usually passes for Joe Don's side go like hot cakes and usually it isn't a problem getting passes for Jay's side. Well, apparently there were a lot of friends and family of the band attending this show and Jay's pit was designated as the friends and family pit. So by the time I got up to the table, there were only passes for Joe Don's side available. I was a little bummed, to say the least. So we got to Joe Don's pit and Belle was over on Jay's side all by herself. She sweet talked the security guard into letting us switch sides so we went over to Jay's side and all was good with the world (for now...).
The show started and Kellie Pickler came on stage. She was pretty good. I don't really know any of her songs so it was kind of boring... But her show in itself was good. American Idol was there to tape a couple of her songs to air on the show. The night started to take a downward turn when I was videoing one of her songs and the security guard told me I couldn't take video, only pictures. :( I have NEVER been told that before. I was so bummed...
Kellie finished up and it was time for the guys to come out!! They were awesome as always!! Of course I was bummed that I couldn't take any video - I especially wanted the new songs: Still Feels Good, No Reins and Bob That Head - but on the other hand, it was kind of nice to be able to pay more attention to the show instead of videoing. I got hand grabs from Gary, Joe Don and Jim (the drummer). Jonathan (the guitarist) threw a pick into the pit (for a specific girl) and it landed by my foot. I was going to pick it up and give it to her but he threw her another one so I kept the first one.
Then, the highlight of my night... I had made a sign for Jay asking for a pick.

I was kind of chicken to hold it up so finally during the last song of the encore I knew it was now or never. So I held it up as he walked down the catwalk. He saw it but kept walking... So I held it up again when he walked back up the catwalk. Again, he saw it but kept going and walked over to his side of the main stage. Then I put the sign down because I figured he already saw it so either he was going to give me one or he wasn't - I didn't want to seem like I was begging. So he stood there at the corner of the main stage and the catwalk just kind of looking at me with this look on his face like "well, do you want it or not?" LOL! Then he walked over to me and handed me one. THUD!!! I was so excited!! I finally got my Jay pick!!
Someone actually got it on video too! If you skip to the last 30 seconds of the video (at the very beginning of Life Is A Highway) you can see Jay leaning down into the pit... he's handing me the pick!
Then the show was over and we tried to go back to the buses but were stopped by security. Oh well! We went up to some friends' room at Mandalay Bay and hung out for a while then hit the McD's drive through on the way back to the hotel. We got back at about 3:30 or so, ate and crashed.
Sunday morning we checked out and then went to the brunch buffet at the Rio. It was huge and very good. Then we headed home. We got back in at about 5:00 or so.
So that was my Vegas adventure! I can't wait to do Northern California next month!! And then we possibly will be going back to Vegas in May for the ACM awards. We'll see if I can swing that one or not, lol.

Just shoot me...
My whole house is sick :( My 5YO was puking all day Saturday. I got a call from school nurse yesterday that my 9YO didn't feel good. I went and picked him up and he was puking the rest of the day. My 13YO started puking last night and the baby woke up puking this morning. Please, if there is a God, do not let me get sick!!!! I CAN'T get sick right now. I've got too much to do to get ready for my trip. Oh yeah, in case you forgot, I leave for Vegas on Thursday! WooHoo! I can't wait! Unless, of course, I'm puking the whole way there...

I have a goal...
I am going to try not to eat out until Thursday. That's when I leave for Vegas. I just balanced my checkbook and it seems like every other entry is fast food or a restaurant. That is ridiculous! I kind of want to add up how much I've spent on eating out over the last month but I'm scared, lol. So, I'm really going to try super hard not to eat out for the next five days. I'm babysitting Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so that shouldn't be too hard (as long as I can resist the urge to go through the drive through after I pick the 5YO up from the bus stop). I don't plan on going anywhere today. I don't know about tomorrow though. The way I figure it, I'm going to be eating out for every meal in Vegas... I think I can resist for the next 5 days.

My hair!!
Elva came over and did my hair last night. I really like how it turned out. My hair has these awful red undertones so every time I try to color it (from a box) I end up with kind of a strawberry blonde. Not what I want! She gave me highlights and they aren't reddish at all! It's kind of hard to tell from this pic but this is an after shot:

I'm meeting my friend Beth for lunch today. Yes, I eat out way too much. Why does it seem like everything revolves around food? But we are going to Chili's, my favorite, so I guess I'll work on my diet another time.

Thursday
It's been a pretty boring couple of days. Last night the kids and I went to Carl's Jr for a school fundraiser. The school receives 25% of the proceeds. Well, if the amount of people there last night was any indication, the school will be getting a good chunk of change!
I'm going to lunch with Shannon today. We are going to the Round Table Pizza lunch buffet. Yum! And then I am babysitting.
My friend, Elva, is coming over to do my hair tonight. She is going to cut and color it (including highlights!). I'm excited! I've never had my hair professionally done before so I can't wait to see how it turns out.
That's about it. I need to clean the house before the baby comes over since I won't have time to do it once she's here. I don't want to be embarrassed when Elva comes over... LOL!

Stuff...
This funny thing happens every 5 years on your birthday... your driver's license expires and you are supposed to renew it! The DMV sends you a notice in the mail and everything. Unfortunately, sometimes people put the notice aside and then forget about it. Yep, that's what I did! I realized yesterday morning, out of the blue, that I forgot to renew my driver's license. Luckily, it just expired on Saturday so I wasn't driving illegally for too long, but still. So, lucky me, I got to go down to the DMV this morning. On the plus side, they had me take a new picture. I guess that's good since the picture on my old license was 10 years old. I look kind of different now... So in 2-4 weeks I will have a bright, shiny new driver's license! Thank God they didn't make me take a test because I probably wouldn't have passed it, lol!
I had my birthday party last night. The whole family got together at my sister's house. We had pizza and birthday cake and played Battle of the Sexes. Let me tell you, that game is hard! And frustrating! Just when you start making some progress towards the end, you get sent back to the beginning! All I asked for was cash for my upcoming Vegas trip. Some may think that is tacky but I really don't care. I usually just get gift cards anyways so what's the difference? I ended up with a good amount so I'm excited. It's less money that I have to earn on my own. The boys had a blast with my sister's roommates. They don't usually take to strangers too well, but there was something about these guys that the boys just took to.
After my adventure at the DMV this morning, the baby and I had lunch at Panda Express. I really need to stop doing this... I really wonder how much money I would save if I didn't eat out for a whole month (not to mention how much weight I could lose...) I just have no will power though. I mean, if we are already out, we may as well get lunch, right? Even if it is only 10:30 in the morning and we have plenty of time to get home before lunch...

Raining again...
Ugh, it is freaking raining AGAIN! For the last week or so it has been raining one day and then clear the next and then raining again. I'm so sick of the rain. We just aren't used to a lot of rain in Southern California. I would never survive in Seattle, LOL!

Blake Shelton 2/22/08
The Blake Shelton show was awesome! (He's no Rascal Flatts but... lol).
We got down to the 4th & B a little later than we wanted to because I had to pick my husband up at the airport and his flight was delayed by 2 hours. So we got down there about 5:00. We hung around Blake's bus hoping to see him but no luck. The box office opened about half an hour after we got there. Belle surprised me by buying my ticket since it was my birthday (well today is...). Thank you Belle!
We got in line to wait for the doors to open. We had to wait about an hour. There were three women ahead of us in line who were in Blake's fan club and they had meet and greet passes. One of the women turned around and offered Belle her extra pass! I swear, Belle has the best luck!! Of course, I was jealous and Belle did offer to give it to me but I said no, because, honestly, if I was given a pass I wouldn't want to give it up. After about an hour they opened the doors.
We had an awesome spot in front of the stage! There was a barricade about 2-3 feet out from the stage and we were right up against that, to the right of Blake. We couldn't have gotten any closer. I saved our spots while Belle went to her meet and greet. She was nice enough to get Blake to sign a picture for me. I thought that was really sweet of her (and him).

The show started and it was awesome! We weren't really sure what to expect because we knew Blake was sick. Belle saw him in LA on Wednesday and she said the show was really rushed and it was obvious he didn't feel well. So we were hoping he was feeling better by last night! Obviously he was!! He totally put his all into every song. He was joking around and flirting with the girls in the audience. He's such a cutie! I don't even know how many songs he sang. When he came out for the encore, which was supposed to be two songs according to the set list, he sang for 45 minutes! He just kept going and going. He even sang a song that gave Belle and I an idea for a sign for Rascal Flatts in Vegas... *wink*
After the show we saw a group of people hanging around his bus along with one of the DJs from the local radio station. The DJ and a group of about 5 girls were so drunk of their asses, it was quite entertaining. We hung around for a while in case Blake decided to come out but he didn't so we left. Or I should say we attempted to leave...
When we parked, there were no cars around us. Well, of course, by the time the show was over the lot was full and the cars on either side of us and behind us weren't parked very well. It took us 17 minutes of backing up and going forward 3 inches at a time (literally) to get out of that spot. It was quite interesting. Let me just say, it's a good thing neither of us had been drinking. That would have been a disaster! LOL!
On a sidenote, I didn't know that Brandon Blackstock was Blake's tour manager now! It was nice to see him again. He's such a cutie!
Here are the pictures and videos I took.

Today is my birthday! I seriously cannot believe that I am 33. On the one hand, I feel so old sometimes. I have a teenage daughter and my baby sisters are 20 and 22. But on the other hand, I feel like I just turned 18. These last 15 years have gone by soooo fast.

Friday
I'm going to see Blake tonight! Yay! It should be a good show. Too bad it is pouring rain outside. I'm not going to be able to wear the cute skirt and tank top that I wanted to wear. Oh well, guess I'll have to save them for RF, lol!
I have to go pick my husband up at the airport in a couple of hours. He was nice enough to wait until this morning to tell me that I had to pick him up. MEN! Again, it is pouring rain and the airport is an hour away. Can't wait! *rolls eyes* But he is watching the kids while I go to the show tonight so I guess I shouldn't complain too much...
But then I get to have lunch with Belle and we will be heading down to the venue to see Blake! So if I can just get to lunchtime without losing my mind, I'm good!
Oh yeah, I have to stop at Walmart and get some diapers on the way to the airport. Good times.

Blake Shelton
So we ARE going to see Blake Shelton tomorrow night! Woohoo! He does put on a good show from what I remember. And he a pretty funny guy. It should be fun.
Good morning...
I'm up earlier than I would like, but oh well. I'm getting my nails done this morning (my mom is watching the kids - YAY!) and I have to go to the post office. Then tonight I think we are going to have dinner with Shannnon and Elva. I'm so excited - it's been so long since I've seen Elva. So, that's it. Not too much going on but I'm sure I'll find something useless to post about later.

You see the weirdest things at the mall...
I was at the mall yesterday with my friend, Shannon, and we saw something very interesting. There was a boy, probably between 7 and 10... it was kind of hard to tell because he was being carried out of the mall by security. One security guard was holding him under his arms and another was holding his leg and his mom (I'm assuming) was holding his other leg. And they were literally carrying him out of the mall. He was putting up a little bit of a fight. I wonder what happened to make this necessary. It makes me realize that maybe my kids aren't that bad, lol.
A couple of weeks ago I was at the mall with my kids. We were leaving the family restroom and saw something strange. An older woman (probably in her early '60's) came running around the corner and down the hallway to the restroom. She was wearing a blue spandex-y dress and had her hair in an updo. She was holding her crotch and saying "Excuse me, bathroom!" over and over! It was interesting to say the least. DD and I just looked at each other in amazement.
Who needs TV for entertainment? Next time you're bored just head to the local mall!

Rain, rain go away...
I seriously hate the rain :( At least we don't have to go anywhere today, but still. This is the one thing I hate about California - the unpredictable weather. In the last week we have had hot days, nice, warm days, yucky, overcast days and rainy days. WTH?? Just pick one and stick to it! Ugh.
VH1 Trash ... oops I mean Reality... TV
So last week I watched the "auditions" for Flavor of Love 3. Oh.My.God. I have never seen so much trash in one place in my life. Seriously. Now, I don't think Flavor Flav is any great catch but even he deserves better than these ladies (using that term veeeery loosely...)
Then last night I watched Rock of Love. I love Poison. I have since I was in high school (maybe even middle school...) And I've always had this weird attraction to Bret Michaels even though he is soooo not my usual "type". But I hadn't gotten around to watching this show yet. I don't know... I guess I just have a problem with him screwing around with all these different women. Not that I don't know it happens out on the road all the time. But I guess flaunting it on TV is different. And these women are not that pretty... I mean some of them are ok. But Daisy looks like she has balloons for lips. And Peyton just looks haggard. And how old is Catherine? She looks like she's 40 but trying to look 20 (and it's not working...) And I'm sorry, but other than their fake boobs, some of their bodies are not that great... their bellies look like mine (and that's not really a good thing...). So while I was kind of put off my this show, I was kind of oddly fascinated by it also. It was kind of like watching a train wreck... I couldn't look away. So I set my DVR to record all new episodes, lol. What can I say? I guess I'm a sucker for Trash TV.

So, I haven't been posting much. Not that I think anyone is really reading this, lol. But I'm going to try to post every day.
So today I have to go to the post office and mail one package for eBay. It should have gone out on Saturday with the rest of my packages but it is going to Canada and I didn't feel like waiting in the loooong line. And yesterday was a holiday. So it is going out today. Sorry, my Canadian buyer. Then I am going to make one final stop at Ralphs and Vons for this ad week. I want to get the red grapes that are on sale at Vons for $1/lb.
Then I am babysitting this afternoon.
DH left for Dallas this morning for a work trip. He won't be home till Friday. (Woohoo! Just kidding. Not really...) So the kids and I are on our own this week.
Speaking of the holiday... my kids are out of school for the entire week. For President's Day. WTF?? It's not being labeled as a "mid-Winter recess" or anything like that. The flyer specifically said it was for President's Day. Whatever. It means no homework and sleeping in. I'm all for that! Now if I can just get them to not fight this week... HA HA HA! The 5 YO has already told me that he hates me this morning. *rolls eyes*
So I may go see Blake Shelton on Friday. My friend, Belle, is going to see him tomorrow night and if she likes the show then we may go to his San Diego show on Friday. I've already seen him twice. He was the opener for the first two Rascal Flatts shows I went to. I enjoy him. I wouldn't mind going to see him. (Especially after being with the kids 24/7 this week, I'll need a break. LOL!)
That's it for now. Oh, the exciting life I lead...

Dancing With The Stars Season 6
I love Dancing With The Stars. A lot. But I'm not too sure about the new season starting on March 17. First, my favorite male dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy is not returning :( I cried. Not really but almost. Now, they have announced the couples for the new season. They had to dig down pretty deep to find these "stars". I haven't even heard of half of these people. And I'm not too sure how exactly it is going to work with Marlee Matlin. I mean, she's deaf... Should be interesting.

More Rascal Flatts...
I mentioned that I'm going to Vegas in March to see Rascal Flatts. Well, now I'm going to Northern California in April too! They are going to be in Fresno, Sacramento and San Jose April 9-11 and Belle and I are roadtripping it up there for all three shows! Woohoo! It's going to be so fun!
The Melting Pot
So I went to The Melting Pot last night with Belle. It was fun... it was nice to get out of the house... but it soooo was not worth the money! I know that you are paying for the experience but now that I've experienced it once, I don't think I need to experience it again, lol.
OK, so you start off with a cheese fondue. They bring you cubed bread, carrots, celery, cauliflower and apples (and depending on which cheese you choose, tortilla chips). They make the fondue at the table in front of you.
Then you get your main course. They have various meats to choose from - the special we got came with a variety of meats - 2 types of beef, chicken and shrimp. There are five types of broth to choose from to cook your meat in. They also bring you a plate of veggies (squash, potatoes, not sure what else since I didn't eat them, lol).
Then comes dessert! YUM! There are several flavors of chocolate to choose from. They bring you a plate of cheesecake, brownies, strawberries, bananas, rice krispie treats, oreo dusted marshmallows, graham cracker dusted marshmallows and pound cake to dip in the chocolate.
The service was awesome except for one tiny detail. The restaurant we went to offers a special called Dipping At Dusk which allows each person to eat for only $25 (I know that still sounds expensive but you should see the rest of the menu!). We foolishly assumed that because we were able to pick two entrees and two desserts, that we also could pick two cheeses. We realized we were wrong when the check came and there was an extra $15 tacked on for the second cheese :( Of course no one bothered to make sure we were aware of this when we were ordering. The manager was nice enough to remove the extra $15 charge when we explained that we didn't know that was the way it worked and had it been explained to us, we would have only ordered one cheese.
So in all, dinner, including tip was $81 ($35 of which was my portion). Honestly, for that price, I would have much rather gone to Chili's, lol. But it was a fun experience and a night away from my kids is priceless!

27 Dresses
I went to see 27 Dresses tonight (by myself, lol). It was really good! I think I really like Katherine Heigl. I have loved everything that I've seen her in. So if you are looking for a fun, no-brainer movie to go see, check out 27 Dresses.
I think next week I may go see Over Her Dead Body with Eva Longoria. I've heard that one is really funny. I also want to see Fools Gold.
And there was a preview for a movie called What Happens In Vegas... with Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. OMG it looks hilarious. So watch for that one. I can't remember when it comes out.
I'm finally starting to feel a little more human. Maybe I'll get to the grocery store tomorrow. Maybe not. We'll see. I have to at least pick up milk.
Then tomorrow night I am going to The Melting Pot with my friend, Belle. She raves about this place so I'm curious to see what all the hype is about.

Sick...
So I haven't posted in a while. I've been so sick for almost a week now. Needless to say I haven't been doing much of anything, let alone shopping, so there hasn't been much to post about. When there is....

Ralphs and Vons 1/23-1/29
I'm just going to say it - this week sucks compared to last week. But I guess you can't expect to get hundreds of dollars of free stuff every week. I might just sit this week out unless there are some spectacular deals with this upcoming Sunday's coupons (which I'm not anticipating). So here goes.

Cattlemen's BBQ sauce is $1.50 so FREE with the .75 coupon doubled.

Muir Glen organic canned tomatoes are still $1.50 so FREE with the .75 or $1 coupon doubled.

The Worst Dinner Ever...
Or close to it. So this new buffet opened called Buffet America. I should have known by the name that it would be cheesy but what can I say? I'm a sucker for buffets. So against my better judgement, I took the kids to eat there tonight. OMG, it was awful! There wasn't much selection and what there was ranged from totally bland to downright nasty. And to top it off, when I called to get the prices they quoted me the lunch prices. Ummm, it was 4:30 in the afternoon. Why would I want the lunch prices? So it ended up costing several dollars more than I was expecting it to. Which, to a cheapskate like me, is a big deal! We could have gone to Chili's (my fave!) and had yummy food for about the same price. :( Or we could have stayed home and had frozen pizza for free and it would have tasted better than that stuff they called food at that restaurant. Oh well, live and learn.
And to add insult to injury, when we got home we realized that my 5 year old had left his jacket there. So I had to go all the way back, in the rain no less, to get his jacket. Luckily they still had it. This just reinforces my feelings that we just should have stayed home.
Is it bedtime yet?

Vegas Here I Come!
I can't wait! In exactly 43 days I will be on my way to Vegas, baby! Woohoo! I am going with my good friend and fellow Rascal Flatts fanatic, Belle, to see RF, of course. (Why else would I go there?) Surely not to gamble or party, lol! I will be spending 4 days and 3 glorious kid-free nights in Vegas, culminating with the Rascal Flatts show on March 8th. Unfortunately, will not be able to meet them for a 4th time (at least not officially *wink*) since I am not eligible for a meet and greet until July.
For those of you that don't know, I have had the pleasure of meeting Rascal Flatts 3 times - in November 2005 in Salt Lake City, in July 2006 in San Diego and in September 2007 in San Diego. I have been to 6 concerts (San Diego, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Las Vegas, San Diego and San Bernadino), been to a taping of the Jimmy Kimmel Show and attended a private concert that was aired on Yahoo. I guess you can say I'm a fanatic, lol.
Here are my meet and greet pics. Betcha can't tell which Flatt is my favorite :)

If you don't know who Rascal Flatts are and want to check them out, here is their official website: http://www.rascalflatts.com/home2.php and their myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/rascalflatts.

My New Blog!
I'm new to this whole blogging thing. I am going to attempt to keep track of my shopping adventures here, as well as things going on in my every day life.
As for today, I'm babysitting so I'm not going anywhere. What an exciting start to my blog! I'm currently helping my 5 year old son with his homework. What fun!
I did have some great shopping trips this weekend so I guess I can post those to give you a taste of what this blog will be like. So here goes.
A little backstory: I mainly shop at two grocery stores - Ralphs and Vons. Both stores double coupons up to and including $1. But the catch is they will only double one like coupon per transaction. So this means I spend my day traveling to the various stores in the area so that I can use up all my coupons and get as many deals as I can. Have I lost you yet? I hope not!
My Sunday started at Vons. Vons was running an awesome promo where you got an instant $10 off of your total when you purchased 10 items from a long list of participating items.
